1. Data controller
The data controller is QubiTale S.r.l., Via B. Quaranta 45, 20139 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT IT14633710968.

2. Data we process
Browsing data
The systems that run this website collect, as part of their normal operation, technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time of the request. This data is used only to operate the website and keep it secure.
Data you send us
When you contact us, we process the data you choose to provide: name, organization, email address, area and project of interest, the content of your message and any other information you include.
The contact form does not send data to our servers. It opens your email client with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it to info@qubitale.com.
Please do not include special categories of data, such as health data, in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your requests about partnerships, pilots or our company presentation: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing business contacts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Operating the website and ensuring its security: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations and, if necessary, establishing or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing or profiling. If we ever want to send you commercial communications, we will ask for your separate consent.
4. Providing your data
Providing your data is optional. Without a name and an email address, however, we cannot reply to your request.
5. Retention
- Contact requests: for the time needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship follows, in which case the related retention rules apply.
- Technical browsing data: for the limited period needed for security and operation of the website.
6. Who receives your data
Your data is processed by authorised QubiTale staff and may be handled by providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, such as the website hosting provider and the email service provider, and by professional advisors bound by confidentiality. It may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. We do not publish or sell your data.
7. Transfers outside the EU
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place only with the safeguards set out in Articles 44–49 GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability (Articles 15–22 GDPR).
To exercise your rights, write to info@qubitale.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools or other tracking technologies, and it does not load third-party content: fonts and images are served from our own domain. For this reason no cookie banner is shown.
If we introduce analytics or other tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Links to external websites, such as our blog, F6S or partner organizations, are governed by the privacy policies of those websites.
